EXPRESS Post is available for $15
All orders under $80 will incur a $15 shipping fee and will be posted via Express Post

We believe in getting your order out the door as quickly as possible, therefore it is our promise that your order will be posted to you within 2-3 days of ordering.
Estimated delivery times are between 2 – 5 business days.

NEW ZEALAND
All orders will be sent from our HQ in Australia via Express Post and will incur a $30 shipping fee.
Estimated delivery times are between 5 – 7 business days. Due to Covid and shipping delays, this may be disturbed.

INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE/ASIA/UNITED STATES)
All orders will be sent from our HQ in Australia via Standard Post and will incur a $30 shipping fee.
Estimated delivery times are between 12 – 20 business days. Due to Covid and shipping delays, this may be disturbed.

Have you chosen the wrong size, product or changed your mind on the colour you want? No problem! Check out our Returns and Exchange policy below 

FULL PRICED ITEMS
You may return any full priced items to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The product MUST be unused/unworn and be in their original, undamaged packaging. Unfortunately if they are not, we will not be able to accept the return.


For accepted returns, you will be able to EXCHANGE for a new item, receive a FULL REFUND or receive an ONLINE CREDIT.
*Please note shipping will not be refunded, and the returned shipping costs must be paid by the buyer and for an exchange the shipping will need to be paid for to send out an exchanged product.

SALE ITEMS
Please note that Sample Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. For all other discounted items, we do not offer refunds. However, you are welcome to request an exchange or online credit, subject to availability.

To be eligible for a return (for full-priced items or approved discounted exchanges), items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use or arrive in damaged packaging. We kindle ask that you choose carefully when purchasing discounted items.
